SHIPPING AND CANCELLATIONS

Shipping Procedures  

At shinyvogue, we prioritize nationwide delivery, managed by our trusted shipping partners, who typically attempt delivery two to three times. If unsuccessful, kindly contact us to reschedule.  

Please note that we do not dispatch products on Sundays and holidays due to partner unavailability. We regret to inform you that if products or orders are returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, refunds for the purchase price cannot be offered, and we will not be held liable.  

Transit Duration  

Domestic shipments usually take approximately three to eight (3-8) days to reach their destination.  

Split Shipments  

For multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days based on availability and shipping locations. Our products are often shipped separately to ensure secure transit, resulting in multiple deliveries.  

Change of Address Requests  

Once an order is placed, address modifications cannot be made. If changes are needed, please contact us within 24 hours of submitting your transaction, and we will try to accommodate your request.  

Cancellation Policy  

Orders can be canceled if not yet prepared for shipment, but within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order. You'll receive a full refund, supported by an email containing evidence. Note that orders marked as "Ready to Ship" are non-cancelable as they're dispatched within twenty-four (24) hours.
